What is Ayurveda?
It is an integrated medical system used for more than five thousand years in India.
Ayurveda means in Sanskrit, Science (Veda) of Life (Ayur).
It remains the official medicine in India and has spread throughout the world as an effective technique of traditional medicine.
Ayurvedic medicine is known as the mother of medicine because its principles and studies were the basis for the development of traditional Chinese, Arabic, Roman and Greek medicine.
For Ayurveda, the disease is much more than the manifestation of unpleasant or dangerous symptoms.
It understands that if minor imbalances are not corrected, they tend to increase with the passage of time, causing illnesses.
As an integral science, it considers that disease begins long before it reaches the stage at which it can finally be perceived.
Ayurvedic Massage
Born in the Vedas culture (ancient Indian ethnicity), it is not only one of the oldest, but one of the most complete natural techniques for restoring physical and psychic balance.
It is a deeply relaxing massage, acting in the physical and energetic field, having the function of purification and maintenance of integral health.
It aims to restore physical, mental, energetic and emotional well-being, contributing to the cure of major diseases.
It strengthens the immune system by increasing the amount of white blood cells and detoxifies the body.
It is indicated as treatments for almost all diseases, mainly: chemical dependence, allergies, stress, scam, fatigue, depression, fibromyalgia, emotional blockages, muscle and spinal problems.
Remembering that in Ayurveda the illness is not treated, but the individual.
Recognized by WHO (World Health Organization) and Ministry of Health of Brazil, Ayurvedic massage is used by almost all of India's population and is being widely disseminated around the world.

How does Reiki work?
It is a hands-on practice that uses the approach or touch on the person's body, in order to stimulate the natural mechanisms of health recovery.
Based on the vitalist conception of health and disease also present in other therapeutic systems, it considers the existence of a universal channeled energy, which acts on the balance of the individual vital energy, with the purpose of harmonizing the general conditions of the body and mind in an integral way .
The therapy aims to strengthen the places where blockages or "energy knots" are found, eliminating toxins, balancing the full cellular functioning, in order to restore the flow of vital energy.
